Quietly usefulsoftwarefor the awkward partsof digital life.
SaaSpero is a small studio. We build three products that handle the small, awkward, repeating moments — settling a bill, tracking down a package, sharing a screen without leaking the wrong window.
- 01Tallyway· Shipping
- 02Trexa· Shipping
- 03ScreenVeil· Coming soon
We build the way we wish other software was built.
Quiet. Local. Honest about what it does. These four ideas settle every argument inside the studio.
- α
Calm by default
No streaks, no badges, no nudges to come back. Our products should be the last thing on your mind, not the first.
- β
Local where it counts
If your data can live on your device, it does. ScreenVeil has no telemetry. Tallyway syncs only what you share. Trexa tokenizes PII before any LLM call.
- γ
Boring is fine
We don’t reinvent the receipt, the tracking page, or the menu bar. We just make the version of it that you’d wish for at 9pm on a Tuesday.
- δ
One product per problem
Three products today. More on the bench. We add one only when an existing tool genuinely doesn’t fit — never to fill a roadmap slide.
Tallyway
Who owes what, handled.
A calm expense splitter for couples, roommates, and groups who go on trips. Snap a receipt, let the AI read it line by line, and let Tallyway do the arithmetic — including who paid in which currency.
- AI receipt scan
- Photograph a check; items, totals, and tax are parsed and split automatically.
- Multi-currency, settle anywhere
- Real exchange rates, per-trip currencies, and a clean ‘who owes whom’ summary.
- Export when you need to
- PDF and Excel exports for trips, claims, or that one persistent friend.
Trip · Lisbon

- Bacalhau à brás€14.50
- Polvo grelhado€18.00
- 2 × Vinho verde€11.00
- Pastel de nata€3.50
- Total€47.00
Who owes what
Splitting money with people you like shouldn’t feel like accounting. Tallyway hides the math, keeps everyone on the same page, and never sends a passive-aggressive notification.
AI receipt scan
Photograph any check — Tallyway extracts items, tax, tip, and assigns each line to the right person.
Voice context
Add a quick voice note to a scan (“Mia didn’t have the wine”) — Tallyway redoes the split on the fly.
Multi-currency trips
Mix EUR, JPY, and USD in one trip. Tallyway tracks the rate on the day and settles in your home currency.
Smart simplification
Three friends, six checks, twelve payments? Tallyway proposes the minimum number of transfers to clear all debts.
Receipts that survive
PDF and Excel exports per trip, per person, per category — for reimbursement, taxes, or your future memory.
Audit trail
Every edit is logged: who changed what, when, and why. Nobody’s ‘I never agreed to that’ holds water.
We didn’t want to build another expense tracker. We wanted Sunday brunch to not turn into a Google Sheet.
Couples
Quiet, ongoing ‘who paid this month’ — without a separate joint card.
Roommates
Rent, groceries, utilities, the cat — split monthly without bookkeeping nights.
Trips
Two weeks across four countries with five friends. One settle-up at the end.
Small teams
Per diems, client lunches, and conference receipts — exportable for finance.
Trexa
The post-purchase page, fixed.
A branded order-tracking page with an AI assistant that actually knows your store. Returns, cancellations, and a quiet support inbox — built so customers don’t have to email you to ask where their order is.
- Branded tracking page
- Live carrier events, your colors, your tone. Lives at your-store.trexa.app.
- AI customer assistant
- Answers WISMO, returns, and policy questions from your real data — never makes up refunds.
- Self-serve returns & cancels
- Eligibility, photo uploads, Shopify-native refunds. Auto-approval rules when you’re ready.

Your package is in Oakland and out for delivery today — usually before 5pm. Want me to ping you the moment the driver arrives?
Most of a customer’s memory of your store happens AFTER they buy: the wait, the tracking, the question they were too embarrassed to email. Trexa makes that part of the journey as good as the checkout.
Branded tracking page
Live carrier events, your tone of voice, your colors. Lives at your-store.trexa.app and works on mobile and email.
AI assistant trained on your store
Knows your policies, your shipping windows, your products. Tokenizes PII before any LLM call — your customer data never trains a model.
Self-serve returns + cancels
Eligibility, photo uploads, Shopify-native refunds. Auto-approval rules when you’re ready. Cancellation modes from instant to assisted.
Quiet support inbox
Conversations from chat, email, and theme widgets unify in one place. AI-drafted replies the founder still has to approve.
Proactive notifications
Branded emails at every shipment milestone — postmark-delivered, with thread-correct Message-IDs.
Analytics that match reality
Ticket deflection, return reasons, conversation sentiment. No vanity metrics, no dashboards you’ll never open.
We charge the brands. The customer just gets a tracking page that doesn’t insult them.
DTC brands
Replace ‘where is my order’ tickets with a tracking page customers actually love.
Subscription stores
Recurring orders, recurring questions — handled by the assistant, not by you.
Print-on-demand
Long lead times need great expectation-setting. Trexa does both.
Agencies
Drop into client stores, theme-detect their branding, and ship the post-purchase rewrite in an afternoon.
ScreenVeil
What you share, under your control.
A tiny native utility that watches what you share. Pick the apps you don’t want on screen — Slack, Mail, Notion, your password manager — and ScreenVeil keeps them off the real shared surface during calls and recordings.
- Real-share guard
- Protect apps by bundle ID. Hide, blur, or minimize them the moment a share starts.
- Profiles for every context
- Customer demos, interviews, livestreams — switch profiles in one click from the menu bar.
- Panic-fast
- Sub-200ms response, ScreenCaptureKit-native, no telemetry, fully local.

Every screen share is a small act of trust — that you’ve closed the personal tab, hidden the Slack DM, killed the password manager. ScreenVeil takes that anxiety off your shoulders before you click Share.
Real-Share Guard
Protect apps by bundle ID — Slack, Mail, Notion, 1Password. ScreenVeil hides, blurs, or minimizes them the moment a share begins.
Profiles per context
Customer demos, interviews, livestreams, screen recordings — each gets its own protected app list. Switch from the menu bar.
ScreenCaptureKit-native
Built on Apple’s official capture APIs — not a screenshot loop, not a kext. Predictable, fast, future-proof.
Panic key
⌘⇧. hides everything protected immediately. Sub-200ms response, even mid-call.
100% local, 0% telemetry
Nothing leaves your machine. No accounts, no analytics, no ‘crash reports’. Audit the network traffic — it’s empty.
Cross-platform
macOS 14+ native, Windows 11 build in beta. Profiles roam between them via your iCloud/OneDrive.
If sharing your screen ever made your stomach drop, ScreenVeil was built for that moment.
Founders
Doing a demo, then a board update, then a pitch — without ever showing the wrong DM.
Creators
Streaming and tutorials. The pop-up that derailed your last video, eliminated.
Sales & CS
Showing customer data on every call. Don’t leak the previous customer’s.
Engineers
Pair-programming, code review, interviews. Hide local secrets the second you share.
Three today.
More on the bench.
SaaSpero isn’t a finished portfolio — it’s a slow one. We add a product only when we’ve been bitten by the friction enough times to know exactly what we’d build. Below: the ones already keeping us up.
- Sketching
An inbox that doesn’t apologise for itself.
Codename only - Wishful
Something quiet for very small teams.
Codename only - Tell us →
Your idea?
Codename only
A studio, not a platform.
SaaSpero started with one question: why is most software so loud? The pop-ups, the streaks, the friction designed to keep you coming back — none of it respected the small, real moments it claimed to help with.
So we made a studio. We pick boring, repeating problems — splitting a check, finding a package, sharing a screen — and build the version we wish existed. One product per problem. No bundle, no ‘ecosystem play’, no hostage data.
We’re small on purpose. Each product has a tight team and ships when it’s actually good. Customer email lands in the same inbox as the founders. That’s the deal.
How we work
- 01
We notice a friction
Always a small one. ‘Who paid for what?’ ‘Where’s my package?’ ‘Was Slack visible on that demo?’
- 02
We build the smallest tool that solves it
If the answer is a calendar invite, a Notion page, or a Shopify setting — we don’t ship a product. We only ship when nothing else fits.
- 03
We charge the people it helps
No free-with-ads, no surveillance models, no ‘growth at all costs’. A fair price, a clear value, an inbox that answers back.
Quietly answered, one at a time.
What people usually ask before they buy, install, or email us. If yours isn’t here, it belongs in the form below.
Three separate products with three separate teams. They share a parent studio, a worldview, and an inbox — but each one stands on its own. You can use any one of them without ever touching the others.
On purpose. They cover three different kinds of friction: settling money (Tallyway), tracking goods (Trexa), and protecting attention (ScreenVeil). The thread isn’t a category — it’s a posture. Small, repeating, awkward moments of digital life.
No. Each product has its own pricing and its own value. A bundle would mostly help us, not you — and it would push us to grow products we don’t believe in.
No. Trexa tokenizes PII before any LLM call. ScreenVeil never leaves your machine. Tallyway only stores what you choose to share with a group. We’re not in the data brokerage business and we never will be.
Founders and a small support team — same inbox, same week. If you email hello@saaspero.com you get a person within a business day, almost always less.
Quietly. We hire when a product needs the next person, not on a calendar. If you’ve built something small and useful and want to keep doing that, write to us anyway.
News from the studio, folded once, in your inbox.
A short note when a product ships, a price changes, or we write something worth your attention. No drip campaigns. No growth tricks. Unsubscribe with one click forever.
- Roughly monthly
- No tracking pixels
- Plain-text friendly
Tell us what’s up.
We’re a small team. You’ll get a real person, usually within a day. No tickets, no ‘we’ll get back to you within 5–7 business days’.
