A polite
set of terms.

These are the ground rules for using this website. Not the products — each product has its own terms — just the page you’re reading and the things you can do on it.

  1. 01§

    What this page is

These terms apply to this website — saaspero.com — and to the contact form, the dispatch (newsletter), and any other small interaction you can have on this page. Each product we publish (Tallyway, Trexa, ScreenVeil) has its own product terms, on its own site.

By using saaspero.com you agree to these terms. If you disagree, the remedy is simple: don’t use the site. Close the tab. No hard feelings.

  2. 02§

    Who we are

SaaSpero is a small independent studio that publishes software products. We are the people who write the code, answer the email, and pick the colours. There is no third party hiding behind us.

You can reach a real human at hello@saaspero.com — usually inside a business day.

  3. 03§

    Acceptable use

Don’t use the contact form, the dispatch, or anything else on this site to:

    • send unsolicited marketing, scraping requests, or phishing,
    • impersonate someone else,
    • upload anything illegal, malicious, or designed to break stuff,
    • try to circumvent the captcha, rate limits, or other abuse controls.

If you do, we may block the IP, refuse future submissions, and (where warranted) report the abuse.

  4. 04§

    Intellectual property

The brand “SaaSpero”, the logo, the product names (Tallyway, Trexa, ScreenVeil), the typography, the copy on this site, and the source code that runs it are ours. You don’t need permission to link to us, quote a sentence in good faith, or take a screenshot to share. You do need permission to reproduce the logo, the wordmark, or substantial parts of the site verbatim.

For permission requests, write to hello@saaspero.com.

  5. 05§

    Third-party links

We link to the product sites (tallyway.app, trexa.app, screenveil.app) and to a small number of third-party services (e.g. Postmark, Cloudflare) in our footer and policies. We are not responsible for their content or terms.

  6. 06§

    Disclaimer

We try hard to make sure everything on this site is accurate, but we provide it “as is”. If we describe a product feature that hasn’t shipped yet, or a price that has since changed, the authoritative source is the product’s own website at the time you read it.

We do not warrant that this site will be available without interruption — even calm software needs to deploy sometimes.

  7. 07§

    Liability

To the extent allowed by law, SaaSpero will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for things the law says we can’t limit (like negligence causing personal injury, or fraud).

  8. 08§

    Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. If we change anything material, we’ll update the date at the top of the page. The version you are bound by is the one on this page at the time you use the site.

  9. 09§

    Law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SaaSpero is registered. We try very hard to resolve any disagreement by writing to each other first. If a dispute escalates, it goes to the courts of that jurisdiction.

If a clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of these terms still apply.
