A quiet
privacy policy.
We dislike privacy policies that read like nobody wanted to write them. This is ours, in plain words, ordered by what you probably want to know first.

The short version
This website exists to tell you about SaaSpero and the three products we publish. It does not run on advertising, surveillance, or retargeting pixels. We collect the minimum we need to answer your message and keep robots from filling our inbox.
If you want the long version, the rest of this page is it. It’s short.

What this site collects
When you write to us through the contact form or the dispatch (newsletter) signup, we receive what you typed — your name (if you provided it), your email address, the subject you picked, and the message itself.
When you submit the form, our server also records your IP address temporarily, only to pass it to our anti-spam provider for a single verification check. We do not store the IP in our own database.
What we don’t collect: we do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Mixpanel, Segment, or any third-party tracking. We do not place advertising cookies. We do not build a profile on you. We do not sell your data.

Who helps us deliver this site
We use a small number of vendors that need access to a narrow slice of data to do their job:
- Vercel — hosts this website and runs the contact API route. Receives standard request data (IP, user-agent) to serve pages and apply abuse protection.
- Postmark — delivers the email when you submit the contact form. Receives your name, email address, subject and message so it can put them in our inbox.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — verifies that form submissions come from a human. Receives a one-time challenge token and your IP address; does not use cookies for ad tracking.
We do not share data with anyone else, and we do not have an advertising business to share it with.

How long we keep things
Contact emailslive in our inbox as long as the conversation is useful. If we’ve been talking and you ask us to delete the thread, we will.
Dispatch (newsletter) signups are kept until you unsubscribe. Every dispatch has an unsubscribe link. Once you unsubscribe, we remove your address.
Server logs are rotated automatically and we do not back them up long-term.
- 05§
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The captcha widget may set a single technical cookie to remember that you’ve already passed the challenge; that cookie does not identify you to us.
- 06§
Children
SaaSpero is built for adults. This website is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions) and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
- 07§
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send a copy to you. The same applies to your newsletter subscription. We’ll act on the request within a reasonable time and, where the law sets a deadline, within it.
Email hello@saaspero.com and we’ll handle it from a real person, usually within a business day.

Each product has its own policy
This policy covers this website: saaspero.com. The three products — Tallyway, Trexa, and ScreenVeil — handle their own customer data and have their own privacy policies on their own sites. None of them share data with the others.

Changes to this policy
If we change anything material, we’ll update the date at the top of the page. If you’re on the dispatch list and the change affects you, we’ll mention it there too.
